We don’t just make chocolate—we craft experiences.

Born from a deep love for cacao and the complexities it holds, our journey began not out of strategy, but out of sheer passion. While others chase trends, we chase flavor, texture, ethics, and quality—because real chocolate has a story to tell.

Every bar we make starts with the bean. Sourced ethically, our cacao reflects the land it comes from and the people who nurture it. From there, we do as little as possible to get in the way—because when you start with exceptional ingredients, the goal isn’t to mask them, but to reveal them.

We’re here for those who seek more than just a sweet fix. Our products are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and above all, intentional. We invite you into a journey of taste—a deepening of your chocolate palate. We want you to understand the difference between candy and cacao. Between filler and flavor. Between mass production and mastery.

This isn’t the easiest path, and it certainly isn’t the most profitable. But it’s the one that matters to us. Because we believe everyone deserves the full experience of what chocolate can be.

Founder & Chocolate Maker

My love for chocolate came long before the means to pursue it.
For seven years, I worked as a skydiving instructor — not for the thrill, but to save for this: a chocolate business built from the ground up. Along the way, I was lucky to experience different cultures, people, and places. But it came at a cost — constant instability, substantial risks, and the feeling that I was always in motion but not yet where I belonged.
What kept me grounded through it all was the vision of what I wanted to build: a space where craft, care, and connection could come together through chocolate.
I trained with makers who inspired me — in Fiji (Fijiana Cacao) and Hawaii (Madre Chocolate). I also did production work at Fine & Raw in Brooklyn, NY. Slowly, piece by piece, saved and planned for the moment I could start something of my own. That moment came in Warren, Rhode Island, a place I initially landed by chance, but chose to stay in for love, for community, and for the quiet stability I’d spent years chasing.

Our Mission

We want to make you a better chocolate consumer. We strive to be as ethical as possible in how we aquire our beans and process them. Chocolate is not just sweetner and flavor infusions, so our goal is to introduce different source beans, different roast profiles, and cocoa ratios to get you to consume great quality chocolate and develop your palate for good cocoa.
Ultimately, we just want you to appreciate a good dark chocolate, pay attention to the flavor and set a new standard for yourself.
