Return Policy
All sales are final. The health department does not permit the return of confections.
In the case of a compromised or “substandard” product, please reach us at support@jaffalchocolates.com with high resolution pictures and/or video link with information. If we assess that there is an issue, then we would replace the noted product.
Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via UPS and USPS. While both carriers aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times once the package leaves our store. UPS/USPS may leave packages unattended at residential addresses. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from packages being left outside.
Please ensure that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. While we usually process and ship within a few days, please allow up to 10 business days of purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Warm Areas
Chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may melt at temperatures above 75°F. To prevent this, we may cancel shipping option at certain times of the year. Our team will assess the destination’s temperature and apply the necessary packaging and/or changes.
For locations requiring priority shipping (e.g., certain areas of Florida, Puerto Rico, Hawaii) and experiencing high temperatures, UPS 2nd Day Air might be required.
We strongly recommend signing up for text alerts via UPS.com or USPS.com to monitor your package’s arrival. Even with insulated packaging, prolonged exposure to heat can cause chocolate to melt once the ice pack dissolves.
